ABOUT SAMSAT
In 2016, San Antonio was the largest city in the U.S. without a dedicated science and technology museum, despite a long history of computer, cyber, aerospace, bioscience, and other innovations.
SAMSAT was founded in 2016. Today, our flagship space is SAMSAT AREA 21® at the Boeing Center at Tech Port, on the campus of Port San Antonio. We highlight local and national innovation in our history collection. Our education programs inspire and engage students, and they move students down the path to STEM careers.

We also advocate for science, technology and STEM education, and we deliver services for every corner of our city. We are a leading resource for those passionate about the most in-demand careers of the 21st century.
